For urgent cases, yes. Call ahead if you can so a technician is ready at the door. Routine visits need a booking.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Past vaccine records, the name of any food or medicine your pet takes, and a fresh stool sample if you have noticed stomach trouble.
Who do I call after hours?
Our phone line forwards to Northside Animal ER from 8 PM to 7 AM. They send us notes the next morning.
Does my pet need to fast before dental cleaning?
Yes. No food after 10 PM the night before. Water is fine until you leave home in the morning.
