  1. Step 1: Connect your company

    Add your EIN and business bank account. We confirm the account with two small test deposits.

    Each employee fills in their own W-4, direct deposit, and ID. You can see who still has forms open.

  3. Step 3: Bring over past payroll

    Upload year-to-date totals from your old provider so this year's tax filings stay correct.
