  1. Morning

    Breakfast on a tray, or by the window

    Coffee, warm bread, and fruit from the Saturday market. We bring it up to your room or set a table downstairs.

    Lunch under the courtyard tree

    A light plate in the shade. House bicycles are free if you would rather ride into the old town.

    Supper at the shared table

    Four seasonal courses and wine from small growers nearby. One sitting for eight to twelve guests.

    Records in the listening room

    Pick something from the shelves and pour a last drink from the honesty bar. Nobody will rush you.

    A quiet room with a woven chair and shelves of vinyl records
