Review Starwind Pro's final-sale policy before purchasing

This policy applies to purchases made on or after Jul 31, 2026. Purchases made before this date remain subject to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase.

All Starwind Pro sales are final

Starwind Pro provides immediate access to licensed digital source code. Once access is granted, the product cannot be returned, so all Individual and Team license sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

changing your mind after purchase
purchasing by mistake or choosing the wrong license
lacking the technical knowledge required to use Astro, Tailwind CSS, or the provided source code
incompatibility with third-party tools or services that we do not advertise as supported
deciding not to use or continue using your access

Billing and access problems

A final sale does not mean you are on your own. If you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, or did not receive the access you purchased, email support@starwind.dev with the email address used at checkout and your order details. We will investigate and correct the billing or access problem.

Technical and product support remain available under our support policy.

Applicable rights and Polar

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, and are also subject to Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms. Polar may issue refunds when required by its terms, applicable law, or card-network rules. If a purchase is refunded through Polar, the associated Starwind Pro access, license keys, and other benefits may be revoked.
